补中益气汤类方主治规律探析

摘　　要：目的:了解补中益气汤类方的主治规律。方法:查找《中医方剂大辞典》,得到181首类方元,根据原文记载,从病症(包括中医病、症状)、病机(包括直接病因、推导病因、病位、病势)、限定词3个方面进行分析。结果:补中益气汤类方主治"中医病"38种、症状199组,涉及真实病因9种、推导病因20种、病位24种、病势2类,限定词15种。结论:补中益气汤类方主治庞杂。它对外感、内伤等各种病因引起的以虚为本,以虚或实为标,病位集中于脾胃气血、旁及五脏六腑,症状以精神神志体质类、寒热类、疼痛类、饮食口味类、咳喘类为主,或然症众多的疾病,均有治疗作用。Objective：To understand the main therapeutic rules of analogous presciptions for tonify and replenish the middle qi.Methods：Check the Dictionary of TCM prescriptions first,compile all the 181 analogous presciptions for tonify and replenish the middle qi,then analyze the original literatures on disease pattern（including TCM disease and syndromes）,mechanism（including primitive and derivative causes,location and prognosis）and definitive.Results：These formulas include 38 diseases,199 syndromes,9 primitive causes,20 derivative causes,24 locations,2 prognoses,15 definitive.Conclusion：The therapeutics of the analogous presciptions for tonify and replenish the middle qi cover extensive contents.It has therapeutic effects on the deftciency diseases caused by external and internal reasons,located mainly on spleen,stomach,qi and blood. The syndromes include the mental and constitution condition,cold or heat,pain,appetite,cough and dyspnea etc.
