复方崩大碗灌肠剂治疗腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰竭大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方崩大碗灌肠剂各个剂量组对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)模型的影响,并与尿毒清颗粒组、正常组、模型组比较,观察其对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的作用。方法:用含0.5%的腺嘌呤(Ade-nine,Ade)饲料喂养大鼠建立大鼠CRF模型,各组给药治疗27天后,采集血液、尿液标本观察大鼠血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)和24h尿量、尿蛋白定量(UTP)水平的变化。结果:与模型对照组相比,复方崩大碗灌肠剂各个剂量均能不同程度降低血BUN、Scr、UTP水平升高。结论:复方崩大碗灌肠剂在改善慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)、氮质血症早期和延缓肾功能恶化方面有较好的保护作用。Objective：To observe the effects of Bengdawan compound enemas to improving the chronic renal failure（CRF）Rat. Methods：The rat model of chronic renal insufficiency was made by feeding 0.5% adenine forage,after treat the rats 27 days ago,collect the blood and urine to observe the change of the blood biochemical indexes,24h-urine volume and 24h-urine proteinion.Results：Compared with the model group,the Bengdawan Compound enemas obviousl reduced the BUN Scr UTP level to increase. Conclusion：The Bengdawan compound enemas has the potential protection against the chronic renal failure earlier azotemia and delay renal aggrav in rats.
