宁肠汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠酪神经肽的影响

摘　　要：目的:从宁肠汤对束缚应激致腹泻大鼠小肠运动功能及血浆酪神经肽(NPY)的影响,探讨宁心安神法对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)治疗的作用机理。方法:将72只雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、得舒特组、宁肠汤低、中、高剂量组,采用williams改良方法建立束缚应激+适度夹尾刺激致大鼠泄泻模型,观察宁肠汤对大鼠小肠运动功能的影响;并以酶联免疫分析法检测各组大鼠血浆中NPY的变化。结果:模型对照组大鼠小肠墨汁推进率较正常对照组明显提高(P<0.05),而各治疗组较模型对照组明显下降(P<0.05);模型组大鼠血浆NPY水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),大剂量宁肠汤能明显降低已经升高的大鼠血浆NPY含量。结论:宁肠汤可调节束缚应激致腹泻大鼠的小肠运动功能,大剂量宁肠汤能明显降低已经升高的大鼠血浆NPY含量。Objective：To investigate the effect of Ningchang decoction on small intestine＇s movements and neuropepitide Y of big mice with diarrhea IBS resulted from stimulation of proper fettering and tail-clamping. Methods：Divide 72 SD male rats into rows of normal comparison,model comparison,treating with dicetel,treating with Ningchang decoction of low dosage,treating with Ningchang decoction of moderate dosage and the ones with high dosage. Create the rats model of diarrhea IBS with proper fettering and tail-clamping by adopting williams RW＇s way. Then research the effect of Ningchang decoction on small intestine＇s movements.Test changes of levels of NPY in all rats blood serums by ELISA.Results：The rate of small intestines＇ ink-preceding of model comparison row is much faster than that of normal comparison row（P0.05）,while all the treating rows＇ ink-preceding are lower than model comparison row（P0.05）.The levels of blood serums＇ NPY of model comparison row is obviously higher than normal comparison row（P0.01）. Ningchang Decoction helps to suppress the level of NPY in all rats blood serums.Conclusion：Ningchang Decoction can suppress the exceed small intestine＇s movements of rats which stimulated by proper fettering.Ningchang Decoction helps to suppress the level of NPY in all rats blood serums.
