摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT后处理技术在鼻骨骨折中的临床应用价值。方法对66例鼻骨骨折进行螺旋CT扫描,重建并分析鼻骨多平面重组(MPR)、表面遮盖法(SSD)图像。结果10例X线片未发现骨折,66例在MPR均能发现骨折,8例在SSD未发现骨折,其中单侧鼻骨骨折42例,双侧鼻骨骨折24例,合并上颌骨额突骨折9例,鼻中隔骨折8例,上颌窦骨折3例,筛纸板骨折4例。结论螺旋CT后处理技术能够直观、立体、清晰、多角度的显示鼻骨骨折,在诊断鼻骨骨折中显示出独特的优势,对临床判断预后具有重要价值。Objective To explore the practical value of postprocess-ing technique of spiral CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture.Methods MPR,SSD were performed in 66 cases with nasal bone fracture after spiral CT scaning.Results Of the 66 patients with nasal bone fracture,10 cases were not found by X-ray examination,66 cases were found by MPR,8 cases were not found by SSD.Conclusion The postprocessing techniques of spiral CT can show the nasal bone fracture visually,three-dimensionally,clearly and from muti-angles,which has special superiority in diagnosis of nasal bone fracture and high value in judging prognosis.
