摘　　要：目的总结机械通气患者床边行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的护理体会。方法回顾自2008年9月至2009年9月62例机械通气患者床边行纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术实施的护理。结果62例机械通气患者均顺利完成床边纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术,肺部情况明显改善,无严重并发症发生。结论充分的术前准备,术中配合及监护,术后的严密观察是减少并发症,保证患者安全的关键。Objective To sum up the nursing experiences ofbronchoalveolar lavage by way of Fibrobronchosecopy for the mechanical ventilation patients at the bedside. Methods Reviewing the nursing of the bronchoalveolar lavage by way of fibrobronchosecopy on 62 mechanical ventilation patients at the bedside from September 2008 to September 2009. Results 62 mechanical ventilation patients successfully completed bronchoalveotar lavage by way of fibrobronchosecopy at the bedside, with lung condition improved greatly, and with no serious complications happening. Conclusion The key to reduce complications and to ensure patients＇ safety is full preoperative preparation, intraoperative co-ordination and care, and close postoperative observation.
