中晚期鼻咽癌患者同期放化疗毒副反应的观察与护理干预

摘　　要：中晚期鼻咽癌在同期放化疗治疗期间常见的毒副反应有:胃肠道反应、口咽粘膜及唾液腺的反应、张口困难、放射野皮肤的反应、白细胞计数减少等。合理的个性化的护理干预能减少或减轻毒副反应的严重程度,提高病人的耐受力,减轻患者痛苦。The common toxicity reaction and by-reaction of concomitant radiotherapy and chemotherapy for patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma include gastroinestinal trast reaction, membrana of oropharynx and salivary reaction, hard to open mouth, skin of radioactive area reaction, reduction of white blood cell. Reasonable and specific nursing intervention can reduce or mitigate the severity of toxicity, improve the patients＇ tolerance and to alleviate the suffering of patients.
