摘　　要：目的探讨自体引流血回输在人工膝关节置换术后的应用及护理体会。方法2006年6月至2009年6月对80例人工膝关节置换患者术后进行自体血回输,回输过程中严格无菌操作,做好心理和常规护理。结果80例患者中平均回输368ml,无一例出现输血反应和其他并发症。结论自体引流血回输能够有效补充手术造成的血容量不足,加强术后早期护理,能避免相关并发症的发生。Objective To explore the application ofautoblood reinfusion in postoperative total knee replacement and nursing experience. Methods From June 2006 to June 2009, using autoblood retransfusion device in 80 patients with postoperative total knee replacement, using aseptic technique, the patients received mental and general nursing. Results The mean 368 ml autoblood reinfusion in 80 patients, none of the patients had relevant complications. Conclusion Autoblood reinfusion device can effectively compensate insufficient blood caused by operation, and postoperative early nursing can prevent relevant complications.
