摘　　要：目的探讨封闭式负压引流技术在III～IV期压疮治疗和护理中的运用。方法18例全身多处III～IV期褥疮患者,经封闭负压引流及综合治疗和护理。结果18例进行封闭负压引流后的患者均形成健康新鲜的肉芽组织,伤口再上皮化和肉芽生长的速度明显快于以往常规换药的患者。结论封闭式负压引流技术应用于III～IV期压疮的治疗,操作简单、安全可行、效果显著、费用低,值得临床普遍推广。Objective To explore the application of vacuum-assisted closure （VAC） technique in nursing of patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure ulcer. Methods 18 patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure ulcer were treated with VAC, combined therapy and nursing. Results 18 patients＇ wounds by VAC grew out new healthy granulation tissue, with re-epithelialization and granulation tissue formation increasing significantly in contrast to the wounds treated by conventional change dressings. Conclusions VAC technique in nursing of patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure ulcer has the advantages of simple handling, safe working, significant effect and low cost, which deserves clincal application.
