摘 要:目的探讨大型医疗设备巡查对提高设备使用的效率。方法对我院大型医疗设备巡查进行技术分析,重点以CT和PET-CT等放射诊断设备的球管、MRI超导磁体中的液氦为案例进行量化分析。结果更换球管基本实现"零停机",并确保了MRI的液氦量在安全范围内,降低了MRI发生"失超"的风险。结论大型医疗设备重要部件关键数据收集和记录对提高设备使用效率具有重要的参考价值,可为医疗设备的预防性维修提供数据支持,为医疗设备的量化管理提供科学的依据。Objective To explore the detection of large-scale medical equipments for improving their utilization rate. Methods A technical analysis was made on the detection of the large-scale medical equipments in our hospital, focusing on quantitative analysis of the tubes of diagnostic equipments such as CT, PET-CT, and the liquid helium in MRI superconducting magnet. Results Tube replacements basically achieved "zero halting", ensuring MRI liquid helium within safety limit, reducing the risk of MRI in "quench" state. Conclusions Key data collection and recording of the major parts of large-scale medical equipments has an important reference value for improving the utilization rate, which can provide data suppor for preventive maintenance and scientific basis for quantitative management of medical equipments.
