摘　　要：目的：通过比较术中快速冰冻检查及常规病理结果，评价快速冰冻检查腮腺肿瘤的敏感度及特异性。方法：回顾性分析并比较104例腮腺肿瘤病人术中快速冰冻检查及常规病理切片检查的结果。结果：快速冰冻检查恶性肿瘤的敏感度和特异性分别为88．5％、95．6％。结论：快速冰冻有助于确定腮腺肿瘤治疗计划，但须结合临床表现及术中发现作出综合评估。Objective： To compare the results of frozen section examination with the definite pathological diagnosis. To assess the sensitivity and specificity of frozen section examination. Methods： The records of 104 parotid operations with frozen section and definite pathological examination were reviewed. Results： The sensitivity and specificity of frozen section examinations were separately 88.5% and 95.6%. Conclusion： Frozen sections are helpful when interpreted cautiously and combined with the clinical history and surgical findings.
