单纯性肥胖儿童心理行为因素的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯性肥胖儿童心理行为问题的发展特点，为单纯性肥胖的预防、临床诊断及心理治疗提供可靠的理论依据。方法采用CBCL量表及自制的家庭调查表，对来本院就诊的6～11岁单纯性肥胖儿童88例作问卷调查，前者包括113个项目，后者包括15项。采用SPSS11．5统计软件进行统计分析，根据资料的性质分别进行Y2检验、多因素逐步回归分析等，以89例正常儿童作为对照组。结果单纯性肥胖儿童行为问题的发生率明显高于正常儿童。肥胖男童比非肥胖男童行为问题发生率明显增高，肥胖男童的体诉、攻击、分裂性、抑郁、交际不良、强迫性、社交退缩、违纪及总分均高于非肥胖组。肥胖女童比非肥胖女童行为问题发生率明显增高，肥胖女童体诉、攻击、分裂性、社交退缩及总分均高于非肥胖组。结论单纯性肥胖儿童可表现出多方面不良心理行为问题。Objective To probe into characteristics of psychological behavior problems in simple obesity children and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for prevention, diagnosis and psychotherapy of simple obesity. Methods By using CBCL scale including 113 items and the self-made household survey including 15 items, 88 obese children aged of 6-11 years visiting in Weifang Medical College Hospital received questionnaire survey. Other 89 healthy children were selected as controls, and SPSS 11.5 was used to analyze the data. Results The incidence of behavior problems in simple obesity children was significantly higher than that in normal children. Behavioral problems in obese boys were significantly higher than those in non obese boys;the attack, fissility, depression, bad communication, compulsion, social withdrawal, discipline score and total score in boys were higher than those in non-obese boys. Obese girls also showed the same results that the attack, flssility, social withdrawal score and total score in them were higher than those in non-obese girls. Conclusion Children with simple obesity demonstrate various adverse psychological behavior problems.
