校企联合培养社会药房“药学服务”人才探析

摘　　要：随着我国地方经济发展进程的加快,高等医药院校结合自身的特点如何顺应时代发展,科学定位,创新人才培养模式成为医药院校教育工作者研究的重点。本文对新形势下药学人才培养模式进行了探讨,提出了校企联合培养社会药房"药学服务"人才模式。With the rapidness of local economic development process, according to the hgher radical and parmaceutical colleges and universities＇ own peculiarity, how to follow the development trend, make scientific orientation and innovate the mode of talent training will be an important research topic. This paper analyzes the new situation pharmacy training model,and put forward a mode of talent training of community pharmacy ＂pharmaceutical care＂ through school-enterprise training.
