摘  要:节流调速回路最大的缺陷是传动效率低,研究提高回路效率的途径,找出获得最大效率的条件,建立最大效率的计算模型,对于节约能源有重大的意义。笔者将回路效率看成回路与负载共同作用的结果,研究了进、回油节流调速回路的效率与负载匹配的关系,导出了匹配条件,确定了匹配参数,推导了匹配参数及最大效率的计算公式,得出了通过负载匹配可大大提高节流调速回路效率的结论。The throttle flow speed control loop suffers from low transmission efficiency. We present a method for improving route efficiency, obtaining the conditions for maximum efficiency and establishing the maximum efficiency computation model which is crucial to energy saving. We treated the route efficiency as the combined result of the route and the load. We studied the relationship between the matching load and the efficiency of import and export oil throttle flow speed control loop, derived the matched condition, determined the match parameter, inferred the match parameter and the maximum efficiency formula, and obtained the conclusion that the matching of load can greatly enhance the throttle speed control loop efficiency.
