摘 要:针对传统横向磁场永磁电机(TFPM)制造工艺要求高、转矩脉动大的缺点,笔者提出了一种新型小功率四相平板式TFPM结构。采用SolidWorks软件为该结构电机建立了三维模型,对其"力-位移"特性进行了研究,在Ansys环境下进行电磁场有限元分析,设计出一台样机,并完成了初步测试。实验结果表明,新型TFPM简化了拓扑结构,降低了工艺要求,较好地抑制了转矩脉动,整个系统工作稳定。这种新型TFPM具有较高的实用性与创新性。Aiming at the problem that traditional transverse flux permanent-magnet motor (TFPM) has disadvantages of strict manufacturing technology and large torque ripple, we put forward a new low power four-phase fiat-type TFPM. SolidWorks was used to build the motor's 3-D model, which was used in electro-magnetic finite element analysis in Ansys. The characteristic of "force-displacement" was analyzed. A prototype was manufactured and pri- mary testing was accomplished. As was shown in the experiment of the prototype, this new TFPM has simplified the structure and decreased the requirement for manufacturing technology. Torque ripple was effectively restrained and the system worked steadily.
