摘　　要：公共危机在现代社会经常发生,它造成社会动荡和人民财产的巨大损失。如何化解危机是考验一个政府执政能力的重要指素,也是获得国民信任与支持的指标之一。要做好危机处理,政府需要有一套完善的危机处理预防机制。在危机中政府信息公开极为重要,它有利于与国民保持沟通,使民众了解危机发生的真相以及政府所采取的措施,增强民众战胜危机的信心,树立政府清正廉明的形象。Public -crisis happens is frequently in nowadays, which caused society turbulence and damaged great properties. How to resolve the public - crisis is test ability that government comes into power, and it is one of the symbol which obtained credit and support by citizens. Government information open to citizen is one of importance circle in management of crisis. It not only did help the government to communicate with nation citizens and give people confidence to overcome difficulty, but also help the government to keep the clear and honest figure as well.
