东北三省高技术产业竞争力提升策略研究

摘　　要：通过相对出口优势指数、贸易竞争指数等指标,衡量了我国东北三省高技术产业在全国的位置,并通过构建指标体系,利用因子分析评价了东北三省高技术产业竞争力,找出影响竞争力的三大因子:规模产出、政策支持、技术创新,通过对比与发达省市的差距并结合东北三省的实际情况,提出了促进东北三省高技术产业发展的对策建议。This paper measures the position of three northeastern provinces in China＇s high - tech industry based on several indexes such as the relative export advantage index and the trade competitiveness index. It constructs the indexes evaluation - system of high - tech industrial competitiveness, and estimates high - tech industrial competitiveness of the three northeastern provinces. Results show that that there are three major factors to impact the competitiveness of high - tech industry ： the scale - output, policy support, technical innovation, and by comparing the gap with the developed provinces and cities and combining with the actual situation of the three northeastern provinces it gives the proposals to promote the development of high - tech industry in China＇s three northeastern provinces.
