以科学发展观统领高校学生工作的改革创新

摘　　要：学生工作是学校工作中不可或缺的重要组成部分,随着高等教育体制改革的不断深入和发展,给学生工作带来了新的挑战。针对新形势下学生工作所面临的问题提出新时期高校学生工作要在挑战中抓住机遇,不断创新与发展,就必须用科学发展观引领高校学生工作,把握学生工作的时代特点和工作规律,创新工作理念、工作机制、工作内容、工作方法和加强队伍建设,从而有利于形成以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的高校学生工作新局面。The student work is an indispensable and important part of university work, which brings new challenges for students work with the continuous deepening and development of Higher Education System Reform. According to problems faced by student work under New Situation, this paper puts for- ward that if we want to seize the opportunity, innovate and develop continuously, we should lead student work with scientific development view, grasp features of the times and work regulation of students work, innovate work idea, mechanism, content, and ways, strengthen team construction, thereby, in order to be beneficial to form the new situation of People-oriented, overall, coordinated and sustainable development.
