摘　　要：通过选择适当的变量及曲线拟合得到U形断面的正常水深和临界水深的显式公式,代替了目前采用的图解、试算等方法。该公式形式简洁、准确。在工程常用范围内临界水深的最大相对误差小于0.618%,正常水深的最大相对误差小于1.074%,它将给设计人员带来极大的方便。Explicit formulae for hydraulic calculation of U-shaped channels at critical and normal depths were derived by selecting proper variables and fitting curves. The existing graphic and trial methods were replaced. The engineering case shows that the proposed formulae are simple and accurate. The maximum relative error of the critical depth is less than 0.618%, and that of the normal depth is smaller than 1.074%. It will be greatly convenient for the designers.
