溢流面翻模抹面施工技术在三峡工程中的应用

摘　　要：三峡临时船闸改建为冲沙闸,冲沙孔溢流面体形结构复杂,表面质量要求高。为防止其表面产生气蚀和提高混凝土的耐久性,混凝土表面要光滑平整。采用翻模抹面施工技术,成功地消除了溢流面的错台、挂帘、模板印痕、气泡和麻面等,施工后混凝土表面光滑平整,满足了设计要求。For the sluice gate rebuilt from temporary ship-lock of TGP,the overflow surface of scouring sluice is complicated in shape and high in quality requirements.In order to prevent air cavity on the surface and enhance the concrete durability,the concrete surface shall be smooth and level.With the construction technologies of over-form finish,the stagger,grout leakage,plate mark,air bubble and pitted surface on overflow surface are removed successfully.After construction,the concrete surface becomes smooth and level,meeting the design requirements.
