摘　　要：骨形态发生蛋白15(BMP-15)主要由卵母细胞分泌,可以通过作用于周围体细胞,促进增殖,减少凋亡,从而促使卵母细胞优质生长。BMP-15在促增殖过程中抑制卵母细胞的过早成熟,具有黄素化抑制剂的作用,可能与保证卵母细胞核、细胞质同步成熟有关。BMP-15在生殖内分泌中的作用可能是不可或缺的,某些卵巢功能紊乱性疾病(如卵巢早衰、卵巢过度刺激综合征等)的发病机制,可能也与BMP-15有着密切的关系。Bone morphogenetic factor 15 （BMP- 15 ） , which is secreted by oocyte mainly, is responsible for nurturing oocyte growth by acting on neighboring somatic cells for proliferation and anti - apoptosis. However, it still has a role to prevent premature luteinization. It is possible that the role involves the maturation of nucleus and cytoplasm in a synchronous manner. In female fertility BMP - 15 is maybe a key limiting factor and related to some functional disorder of ovarian, for example premature ovarian failure and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
