摘  要:妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)病因至今还不十分明确。目前认为HDCP的发病起源于胎盘的病理生理改变,此改变进一步导致全身血管内皮细胞损伤和功能异常,从而引起一系列HDCP的临床症状。这些病理改变是多种因素共同作用所致,包括遗传因素、免疫因素、胎盘或滋养叶细胞因素、基因蛋白表达异常、钙离子的作用、血管内皮损伤、凋亡甚至更多,相关分子生物学研究取得了许多成果。The cause of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP) is not very clear. It is currently considered that HDCP origins from the patho-physio changes of placenta, this kind of changes can further lead to the damage and disfunction of blood vessel endotheliocyte, and consequently, cause a serial of symptoms. This pathological character was caused by muhi-factors including genetic factor, immune factor, placenta or nutrient cell factor, the abnormal expression of gene and protein, calcium ion, injure of blood vessel and apoptosis, etc. Much progression of molecular biological studies was made recently.
