摘  要:四川盆地含硫天然气产量占总产量的80%。而我国已发现的、开发的气藏主要分布在四川盆地,该盆地的2/3气田含硫化氢。针对川东高含硫气井开采作业过程中存在的不可抗拒风险因素及其潜在的事故特征进行系统性研究,运用合理的评价方法,建立一套风险评价系统,进行科学、准确的安全风险评价,有针对性地监控和规避事故发生的可能性,是当前高含硫气井开采过程中的高风险作业环节急需解决的主要难题,也是我国石油企业HSE体系走向信息化、动态化的一种新的探索。为控制高含硫气田开发风险和降低事故成本,开展对高含硫天然气作业安全风险评价体系的研究具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。运用事故树分析法确定高含硫天然气开采作业过程中主要的安全风险因素。运用模糊层次分析法,构建了高含硫气井开采作业风险因素层次结构体系,建立了高含硫气井开采作业安全风险评价系统模型。运用所开发的高含硫气井开采作业安全评价软件对川东某高含硫气井采气作业系统进行了风险评价,验证了风险评价体系的可靠性。该评价系统的建立可以为今后川东高含硫气井开采作业过程的HSE体系提供一种科学、便捷的信息化与动态化的安全评价与管理模式。The gas fields with high sour gas in China mostly locate in Sichuan basin.The two-thirds gas fields in Sichuan basin contain hydrogen sulfide.Owing to the complexity of gas field with high content of hydrogen sulfide and uncontrolled factors,it is essentially needed to establish the safety risk assessment system by feasible method for exploitation of gas field with high sour gas in Chuandong area so as to decrease accident possibility.Thereby,it's very significant to carry out the research of safety risk assessment system.The main safety risk factors of exploitation in high sour gas field have been ascertained with application of fault tree analysis.According to the character of safety risk in exploitation of high sour gas field,analytic hierarchy process has been applied to establish the hierarchy model and the safety risk assessment system.The safety risk assessment system has been applied to assess the risk grade of one gas field located in Chuandong area and get a consistent result.The result proved that established risk assessment model system was reliability.This safety risk assessment system will also provide a new information-based and dynamic mode for HSE management system applied in Chuandong high sour gas field.
