摘　　要：针对35kV断路器调试传动过程中遇到的手动合闸异常现象,对断路器控制及信号回路进行了技术改造。通过对回路加装中间继电器并采用其辅助接点替代原存在设计缺陷的断路器辅助接点的技术改造措施,消除了手动合闸异常现象。现场运行表明,回路技术改造措施确保了断路器运行操作的正确性和稳定性。For manual making with abnormal phenomenon in 35 kV circuit-breaker debugging transmission process, technical transformation was carried out for circuit-breaker control and signal loop. Via additionally installing on intermediate relay in the loop and adopting its auxiary contacts to replace the circuit-breaker anxiliary contacts originally with design defets existing in technical transformation measures, manual making with abnormal phenomenon was eleminated. Field operation shows, loop technical transformation measures assure correctness and stability of circuit-breaker operation.
