摘  要:采用A2/O2(厌氧/缺氧/一级好氧/二级好氧)生物滤池工艺处理焦化废水,介绍了其工艺流程、挂膜方式,分析了挂膜阶段不同水质的处理效果。结果表明:采用人工接种和自然富集相结合并逐步改变进水有机负荷的方式进行挂膜,能高效地在填料表面形成较稳定的生物膜,并且能很快适应焦化厂气浮池处理后的焦化废水。运行60天后可认为挂膜成功,系统COD、氨氮去除率分别稳定在80%、60%以上。We treated coke plant wastewater by A2/O2 biofilter process, in this paper we discussed the technical process, the way of film formation and different treatment effects during film formation period. The results showed that integrating the artificial inoculation and the natural concentration and enhancing the organic loading gradually can form a stable biofilm in the padding surface effectively, which can adapt the effluent water from air - floating equipment of a coke wastewater treatment system very quickly. It took 60 d to form the' principial biofilm and we may think the film formation of the overall system to be successful when the system COD, NH3 -N elimination rate can stabilize at above 80% and 60%.
