摘　　要：反社会事件频发既有外部原因,更有内部原因。渐趋广泛的文化目标与制度化手段脱节,日益加深的物质文化与制度文化发展堕距,改革过程中地方和部门权力失控导致的轻度腐败泛滥,社会心理底线一再受到挑战,社会和谐形势严峻,这些可能才是当前社会问题的主要原因。我们既需要对敌对势力与黑恶势力坚决打击,更需要深化政治体制和社会体制改革,严厉打击轻度腐败,维护社会底线公平与基础和谐,从根本上杜绝一切混乱发生的可能。The frequent incidents of anti - social have not only external factors but also internal factor. We need not only to determinedly crack down on hostile forces and evil forces, but also to deepen the reform of political system and society system. , to Crack down on severely slight rottenness. Through these to defend society base line fairness and basis harmoniously, thus fundamentally put an end to all the confusion may occur.
