摘  要:北运河综合信息管理系统是一个面向北运河管理人员的囊括防汛、水资源水环境、河道、水政、涉河工程等业务在内的两级信息管理系统。现分析了系统用户及业务数据。系统基于普元EOS开发平台,采用模块化的开发方式,提高了系统的可扩充性和接口的灵活性。系统根据管理人员的业务分工进行功能定制,提高了系统的实用性和可操作性。在处理数据接口与应用接口上,系统严格遵循相关的接口规范,在满足系统业务要求的同时,为今后的系统扩充和完善提供了可参考的依据。Beiyunhe comprehensive information management system provides a two-class platform for Beiyunhe managerial people. System functions include flood-control, water resources and water environment, river courses, water administration law, water projects and so on. This paper analyzed the system users and business data. Modularization was used in the system based on the Primeton EOS platform, which improved the extensibility and feasibility of the system. Also, system functions were customized in light of the people's work, Which advanced the practicality and maneuverability of the system. Moreover, when dealing with the system data interface and application interfaee, the system strictly obeyed the related specifications and protocols to meet the operation demands, even to offer reference for the future expansion and improvement of the system.
