尼莫地平静滴速度对血压变化的影响

摘　　要：目的观察静脉滴注尼莫地平速度对血压变化的影响。方法对静脉输入尼莫地平患者进行滴速与病员血压变化及不良反应的临床观察。结果静滴速度15滴/分,在10分钟、20分钟、30分钟时病员的血压无明显变化;滴速加致30滴/分,在10分钟、20分钟、30分钟时血压变化在安全范围内,未发现严重不良反应。结论尼莫地平的输注速度提高至30滴/分,对人体血压影响不大,临床中尼莫地平输注时可以适当提高滴速。Objective To observe the influence of intravenous dripping speed of nimodripine on the changes of blood pressure. Methods A clinical observation was made to the patients receiving intravenous dripping of nimodipine, the influence of the dripping speed on blood pressure changes and the side effects was studied. Results No obvious blood pressure changes were observed 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes after the intravenous drip of nimodipine at the speed of 15 drops per minutes, and the blood pressure remained normal and no serious side effects were observed 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes after the intravenous drip of nimodpine at the speed of 30 drops per minutes. Conclusions The intravenous drip of nimodipine at the speed of 30 drops per minutes causes no obvious influence on the changes of blood pressure.
