摘  要:针对ω型燃烧室的特定结构,建立了三维动态CFD模型并进行了模拟计算,计算结果表明:在燃油开始喷射后,形成的挤流和旋流从油束的上下2个方向分别冲击油束,在油束上部形成明显的漩涡,缸内气流基本保持油束带动的漩涡流动;在燃烧后期,燃油液滴颗粒喷射到壁面上,燃油组分集中在燃烧室壁面附近;膨胀行程初期,形成逆挤流。A 3D dynamic CFD model in ω combustion chamber was established,and CFD simulation was carried out in it.The simulated results showed that the squeeze flow and swirl flow strikes the oil-spray in both the upper and lower directions,and a clear vortex flow was formed in the upper of the fuel spray after the fuel injection staring.In the early stage of the combustion,the vortex flow driven by fuel beam was essential flow type.In the late stage of the combustion,fuel droplet particles sprayed into the wall,and fuel components concentrated near the wall in the combustion chamber.The reverse squish was formed in the initial expansion stroke.
