摘 要:用添加与不添加0.1mmol·L-1NO供体硝普钠(SNP)的800mmol·L-1NaCl溶液处理盐地碱蓬种子后,800mmol·L-1NaCl处理下盐地碱蓬种子的萌发率、含水量和吸水速率显著增加,胚中脯氨酸的含量降低,但对Na+、K+和可溶性糖含量无显著影响。表明0.1mmol·L-1SNP缓解800mmol·L-1NaCl对盐地碱蓬种子萌发抑制的主要原因是盐地碱蓬种子含水量的提高,从而缓解了盐的渗透胁迫。The effect of NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on seed germination physiology under NaCl stress was examined using the seeds of Suaeda salsa treated with NaCl (800 mmol.L^-1) containing 0.1 mmol.L^-1 SNP or not. Results were as follows, seed germination rate of S. salsa decreased remarkably when the seeds were treated with 800 mmol.L^-1 NaCl, while 0.1 mmol.L^-1 SNP significantly alleviated the germination inhibition induced by NaCl. Water content and water absorption rate of seeds treated with SNP were higher than those of the control, while the proline content of embryos was lower. SNP treatment produced no significant influence on Na^+, K^+ and soluble carbohydrate content of the embryos under NaCl stress. The results suggested that the main reason for SNP alleviation of NaCl stress was that it could significantly increase the water content of seeds and alleviate osmotic stress generated by NaCl.
