国际旅游岛背景下海南金融业发展的机遇与对策

摘　　要：本文从四个方面分析了国际旅游岛建设给海南金融发展带来的机遇和其所面临的挑战,即建设国际旅游岛有利于促进金融体系的建设、促进金融业壮大核心客户群、促进资金洼地的形成以及促进金融业的服务创新。在此基础上,从七个方面提出了建设国际旅游岛的金融对策,即围绕国际旅游岛加强金融市场体系建设、加大信贷支持力度、加强资金运营风险防范、提供优质金融服务、推进金融创新、培养高端人才、寻求和运用政策支持金融发展。This paper seeks to explore the opportunities as well as challenges confronting Hainan financial industry for building the international tourism island of Hainan, which involves the financial system building, core client group expanding, fund-lowland cultivation and financial service innovation. A seven-in-one strategy is thus developed for the financial building of international tourism island, which includes the cultivation of financial market system, enhaneing eredit support, risk management of fund operation, optimizing of financial service, fostering financial innovation and top-level talent, and seeking policy support for finaneial development.
