摘　　要：国有建筑业改制后,对吉林省建筑业乃至整个社会经济的发展起到了积极的作用.改制调优了吉林省建筑业结构,解放了生产力,提高了企业竞争力,从而使建筑业在全面建设小康社会中发挥更加重要作用。After the restructuring of state-owned construction industry of Jilin Province and the whole construction industry has played an active role in socio-economic development, restructuring tuning structure province in the construction industry, liberating the productive forces, increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, so that the construction industry in building a well - society to play a more important role.
