摘　　要：针对地方高等学校土木工程专业,从师资队伍建设、课程体系设置、工程意识和应用能力的培养、加强实践教学环节等方面进行了分析论述,以期探索科学、合理的应用型人才培养模式.对地方高校土木工程专业应用型人才培养具有指导意义。This article is about how to train teachers and set courses for civil engineering in local colleges, how to build the engineering awareness and how to apply what students have learned. It also enhances the practical sectors of teaching. It explores teaching models for educating personnel in a scientific and appropriate way. It should have effected on engineering education in local universities.
