摘  要:美孚石油公司进入中国后不久便在东北地区开始了经营。初由叶澄衷作为代理商,利用在营口设立的顺记分号代售美孚煤油;从1894年开始通过管理层级结构下的营销系统来直接销售产品。到20世纪30年代初,美孚在华庞大的销售系统终于建立起来;日本占领东北后,美孚的生存环境日益艰难。1934年伪满洲国出台《石油专卖法》后,美孚与美国国务院展开合作,力图保住其东北阵地,然而由于多种原因,被迫于1935年从东北撤出。在东北近半个世纪的经营中,美孚石油公司的经销形式已然成熟,经销商品日趋多元,与政府的合作也日益密切,从中可以看出企业在美国远东政策的制定中发挥了很大作用。Standard Oil Company began to market its products in the northeast region shortly after it entered China. At the beginning, YE Chengzhong acted as its sole agent to market its kerosene through Shunji in Yingkow; From 1894, Standard Oil Company distributed products directly through marketing system of corporate hierarchy. And in 1930's, the marketing system had been established; After the Japanese occupation of Northeast China, its living environment became increasingly difficult. In 1934, after Manchukuo issued Petroleum Monopoly Law, Standard Oil Company cooperated with United States Department to keep its positions. However, due to various reasons, the company had to withdraw in 1935. In half- a -century management, its distribution form became mature, and its diversified distribution of goods and closer cooperation with government also revealed the important role of enterprise in the formation of Far East Policy.
