摘  要:采用ELISA方法,对66例不明原因的先天智力低下学生及34例健康人进行了弓形虫循环抗原(CAg)、IgM和IgG的检测。智力低下组弓形虫CAg、IgM和IgG的阳性率分别为1667%(11/66),1970%(13/66),37.88%(25/66);对照组弓形虫CAg、IgM和IgG的阳性率分别是294%(1/34),2.94%(1/34),11.76%(4/34)。结果显示,智力低下组弓形虫感染率与对照组有显著性差异。提示在不明原因的智力低下学生中弓形虫感染较高。In order to study and analyse toxoplasma infection in pupils with the undecided pathogeny mental retardation,the ELISA methods were used to examine serum toxoplasma circulating antigen,antibody IgM and IgG in 66 pupils with mental retardation and 34 healthy men.The results showed that the positive rates of CAg,antibody IgM and IgG in 66 cases were respectively 16.67%(11/66),19.70%(13/66),37.88%(25/66);the positive rates of CAg,IgM and IgG in healthy men were respectively 2.94%(1/34),2.94%(1/34),11.76%(4/34).There was apparent difference of toxoplasma infection between congenital mental retardation pupils and healthy men.We propose toxoplasma CAg and antibody should be examined in undecided pathogeny mental retardation pupils.
