川天康胶囊对脑血流、脑缺血及血管舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究中药新药川天康胶囊对实验动物脑血流、脑缺血及血管舒张功能的影响。方法：用ＭＦＶ１２００型电磁流量计及ＲＭ６０００型四道生理记录仪分别测定给药组及对照组麻醉猫的血压、心电图、心率及脑血流变化；通过阻断大鼠及侧颈总动脉形成急性不完全性脑缺血模型，观察给药组及对照组脑毛细血管通透性和脑含水量的变化；以离体兔主动脉条实验法，观察给药组及对照组对离体兔主动脉螺旋条作用的不同影响。结果：川天康胶囊能使麻醉猫脑血流量明显增加，并使脑血管阻力及血压显著降低，而对心电图、心率无明显影响；能使实验性脑缺血模型大鼠脑毛细血管通透性及脑含水量明显降低；能明显对抗肾上腺素、５羟色胺、组胺致血管平滑肌痉挛性收缩。结论：实验结果提示，川天康胶囊能明显增加脑血流量，降低脑血管阻力，促进脑供血，减轻脑血管通透性及脑水肿，对缺血性脑组织的病理变化有一定保护作用，并能明显改善血管舒张功能，为其临床治疗闭塞性脑血管病。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Chuantiankang capsules preparation of traditional Chinese medicine on experimental acute cerebral ischemia and vasomotor function METHODS:To determine the variations of BP,ECG,HR and cerebral artery blood flow in anesthetic cats by MFV 1200 electromagnetic blood flowmeter and RM 6000 polygraph systems Rats were occluded the bilateral common carotids to induce acute cerebral ischemia,to observe the change of capillary bility and encephalaedema The isoated rabbit thoracic artery tension experiment was used to observe the effect of decreasing Bp and slowing HR.RESULTS:It was found that Chuantiankang increased cerebral artery blood flow,reduced vascular resistance and Bp in cat,but had no remarkable effect on the change of ECG and HR The microvascular permeation and encephalaedema was abated in rat The drugs obviously acted against the angiospasm of isolated rabbit arterial strips by adrenaline 5 HT,histamine. CONCLUSION:It suggested that Chuantiankang capsules may have protective effect on experimental cerebral ischemia at same times and also have vasodilatation and increase the speed of microvasalaw flow in cerebrum
