摘　　要：根据聚合物混合状态在线监测的要求,研究了熔体状态下聚合物单体与不同填充料混合物、不同混合比混合物的超声回波情况。试验结果表明,对于常用的填充料与聚合物的混合物,都可以采用超声技术进行状态检测。论文的研究可为实际的在线监测奠定实践基础。According to requirement of the online monitoring for the polymer mixed state, the ultrasonic echo situation of the polymer monomer in the melting situation mixed with different fillers and in different blending ratio were experimentally investigated. The results showed that the states of composite containing general filler and polymer material can be tested by the ultrasonic technology. The research would lay a foundation for the practical online monitoring.
