摘 要:以聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)为核,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壳,通过种子乳液聚合制备了具有不同核/壳比的丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂(AIM)。透射电镜观察发现,AIM乳胶粒子具有明显的核?壳结构。考察了不同核壳比AIM共混改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)的相态结构和抗冲性能,发现AIM核壳比为60/40~80/20时,增加核壳比对提高AIM对PVC的增韧效果有利。随着AIM加入量增大,PVC树脂加工塑化时间缩短。With poly(butyl acrylate) (PBA) as the core and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as shell, through seeded emulsion polymerization, a series of acrylic impact modifiers (AIM) with different core/shell ratio were synthesized. The TEM micrographs showed that AIM latex particles exhibited core-shell structure. The morphology and notched impact strength of poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) /AIM blends with different core/shell ratio were investigated. It was found that when the core/shell ratio of AIM was 60/40 80/20, the larger the core-shell ratio, the more effective in improving the notched impact strength of PVC blends, and the fusion time of PVC decreased as the addition of AIM increased.
