摘　　要：同步网是现代通信网的重要组成部分,文章简述了同步网建设的必要性和组网原则,结合银川电力通信网的现状,对银川电力同步网建设等问题进行了探讨,并着重对SDH网传送和接受定时等方面进行研究,对后期的同步网规划和建设具有一定的借鉴意义。Synchronous network is an essential part of modern communication network.This article outlines the necessities of constructing a synchronization network and the principles of networking.Based on the situation of Yinchuan power communication network,it discusses the construction of Yinchuan power synchronous network focusing on the timing transmission and receiveing of SDH network.It has reference value for the planning and construction of synchronous network.
