摘　　要：天麻类国家地理标志产品有昭通天麻、德江天麻、大方天麻、金口河乌天麻共4种,其中,昭通天麻是最早实施国家地理标志产品保护的。从地域保护范围、质量技术要求、地理标志产品专用标志的使用、地理标志商标注册等方面,介绍昭通天麻的地理标志产品保护现状,分析其中存在几点主要问题,并针对性地提出解决这些问题的建议。Chaotong,Dejiang,Dafang and Jinkouhe Gastrodia elata are national geographical symbol products and Chaotong Gastrodia elata was first implemented by national geographical symbol product protection.The paper introduces the current situation of geographical symbol product protection of Chaotong Gastrodia elata from aspects of regional protection range,quality technological demand,special symbol use of the geographical symbol product and geographical symbol brand register and puts forward the countermeasures to solve main problems in national geographical symbol product protection of Chaotong Gastrodia elata.
