摘 要:在盆栽条件下,采用稀释平板计数法,进行施用甲壳素有机肥对烤烟根际土壤微生物数量影响的试验。结果表明:甲壳素有机肥可以增加根际土壤中细菌、放线菌的数量。甲壳素含量在1.17~4.67 g/kg范围内,土壤微生物数量随甲壳素有机肥施用量的增加而增加,但是与不含甲壳素的有机肥相比,甲壳素有机肥抑制了根际土壤真菌的生长繁殖。The flue-cured tobacco pot experiment with applying different chitin organic fertilizer was carried out to study the effect of chitin organic fertilizer on rhizospere soil microbe quantity of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that chitin organic fertilizer could increase the quantity of bacteria and actinomyces in the rhizospere soil,the soil microbe quantity increased with increment of applying chitin organic fertilizer amount when the chitin content in the fertilizer was from 1.17 g/kg to 4.67 g/kg,and the chitin organic fertilizer inhibited growth and reproduction of fungi in the rhizospere soil compared with the treatment without applying chitin organic fertilizer.
