双低菜籽饼对生长猪甲状腺和肝功能的影响

摘　　要：为观察研究双低菜籽饼对生长猪甲状腺和肝功能的影响,选用30 d龄的生长猪40头,随机分成4组,对照组日粮中添加14%的市售普通菜籽饼,试验组日粮中分别添加14%、18%、20%的双低菜籽饼,进行110 d饲养试验。结果显示:14%双低菜籽饼组与对照组比较,测定指标GOT含量差异显著,其余指标GPT、FT3、FT4、TSH均差异不显著;18%、20%双低菜籽饼组与对照组比较,测定指标均差异不显著。结果证明:日粮中添加菜籽饼量均为14%时,双低菜籽饼的效果要显著优于普通市售菜籽饼;在外三元杂交生长猪日粮中,添加双低菜籽饼量为20%时,不会对猪的甲状腺和肝功能造成显著性的损害。Four groups of growing pigs at 30 days were fed by dietary added with 14% normal rapeseed cake,14%,18% and 20% double low rapeseed cake respectively for 110 days to study effects of double low rapeseed cake on thyroid and liver function of growing swine.The results showed that there was no significant difference in GPT,FT3,FT4 and TSH between groupⅠ（14% double low rapeseed cake） and CK（14% normal rapeseed cake） except GOT content,There were no significant difference in all determination indexes among group Ⅱ（18% double low rapeseed cake）,group Ⅲ（20% double low rapeseed cake） and CK,which indicates the feeding effect of dietary added with 14% double low rapeseed cake is better than CK and feeding swine with 20% double low rapeseed cake in its dietary has no significant harmful effects on its thyroid and liver function.
