摘　　要：目的:观察胎盘免疫调节因子(placenta factor,PF)对PC12细胞生长的影响。方法:培养PC12细胞,用MTT法观察PF对体外无血清培养PC12细胞存活率的影响及PF对低血清培养PC12细胞增殖、分化的影响。结果:对无血清培养的PC12细胞加入不同浓度的PF培养44h后,PF在浓度为50、25、12.5、6.25mg/L时可以显著提高无血清培养PC12细胞的存活率(P<0.05)。对低血清培养的PC12细胞加入不同浓度的PF培养68h后,PF在浓度为12.5mg/L和6.25mg/L时可以显著提高PC12细胞的数量(P<0.01)。对低血清培养的PC12细胞加入不同浓度的PF培养10d,PF在浓度为3.13mg/L和1.56mg/L作用第6天时,细胞长出突起。结论:PF能提高无血清培养PC12细胞的存活率,促进PC12细胞增殖,诱导PC12细胞分化。Objective： To observe the effects of placenta factor on the growth of PC12 cells. Methods：The effect of PF on the survival rate of PC12 cells in serum-free medium and the proliferation and differentiation of PC12 cells in the low serum medium were determined by MTT test. The morphology changes of PC12 cells were observed by ordinary microscopic. Results：At the concentrations of 50 mg/L, 25 rag/L, 12.5 mg/L and 6.25 mg/L, PF could significantly increase the survival rate of PC12 cells in serum-free medium by different concentrations of PF for PC12 cells 44 hours （ P 〈0.05）. At the concentrations of 12.5 mg/L and 6.25 mg/L, PF could significantly increase the number of PC12 cells in the low serum medium by different concentrations of PF for PC12 cells 68 hours（ P〈0.01）. During treating PC12 cells in the low serum medium with different concentrations of PF for 10 days, PC12 cells grew protuberance at the concentration of 3.13 mg/L and 1.56 mg/L of PF when PC12 cells had grown six days. Conclusion：The study showed that PF could enhance the survival rate of PC12 cells in serum-free medium, inhibit the proliferation of PC12 cells and induce the differentiation of PC12 cells.
