肺结核患者血清甘胆酸放免检测的临床意义

摘　　要：对100例肺结核患者采用放射免疫分析（RIA）和全自动生化分析仪分别检测了血清甘胆酸（CG）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）和γ-谷氨酸转肽酶（γ-GT）在服药前后的含量变化。结果表明，服药后CG、ALT、AST和γ-GT均较正常对照组或服药前显著升高，其中CG的升高尤为显著，经比较分析，认为血清CG是早期肝功能损害的灵敏指标。The serum CG, ALT, AST and γ- GT of 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculo-tuberculo-sis were determined by RIA and chemistry system before and after the patients tookantituberculotics. The results indicated that after the patient took antituberculotics, the levels ofserum CG, ALT, AST and γ- GT were significantly higher than those both before the antituber-antituber-culotic treatment and in the controls. The level of serum CG rose significantly earlier and higherthan the other indexes. Thus, the level of serum CG is an early and sensitive index to monitor thehepatotoxicity.
