小切口皮下修剪术结合皮瓣原位缝吊加压治疗腋臭32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：介绍一种创伤小、效果确切的治疗腋臭的手术方法。方法：术前标记手术范围,超过腋毛分布范围1.0-1.5 cm,采用局部肿胀麻醉,经小切口直视下彻底修剪汗腺层组织并注意保护真皮下血管网,术区皮瓣原位缝吊加压。结果：在32例（64侧）采用此方法治疗的患者中,除臭和美容效果良好,无局部皮瓣坏死、腋下明显瘢痕及上肢活动障碍。结论：采用本方法治疗腋臭症具有简便、创伤小、效果确切的优点。符合美学要求的方法。Objective To introduce a new surgical method that improves the effect of treatment of osmidrosis.Method Marking line beyond the area of armpit hair 1～1.5 cm had been drawn before operation.Using local tumescent anesthesia,adjacent glands were thoroughly snipped off under direct vision by a mini-incision and a good care of subdermic vascular net was taken.The skin flaps seam in situ of the operative area was given a pressure dressing.Results Thirty-two cases were treated with this method,the curative effect of deodorization and cosmeties were good.A satisfactory result was obtained with no any complications and unconspicuous scar.Conclusion This surgery method is effective,safe and simple to treat osmidrosis,as well as it can meet the requirements of aesthetics.
