摘　　要：目的:探讨PICC导管在肿瘤患者和长期输液患者中的临床应用及护理。方法:PICC是从肘窝静脉插入,其末端位于上腔静脉远端的深静脉置管。结果:从肘正中静脉穿刺置管20例,成功16例,从肘贵要静脉穿刺置管90例,成功84例,从肘头静脉穿刺置管3例,成功1例。结论:PICC导管在临床中的应用减轻了反复静脉穿刺带给患者的痛苦,为抢救危重患者和长期静脉输液及化疗用药提供了良好通道,有效地保护了患者血管,同时也减轻了护士工作量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing of peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC） in tumor and long-term infusion patients.Method PICC was inserted from the cubital fossa,and the superior vena cava was at the end of the deep venous remote.Results Twenty cases received median cubital vein catheterization,and 16 cases successed;ninety cases from basilic vein,and 84 cases successed;3 cases from cephalic vein,and 1 cases successed.Conclusion Clinical application of PICC reduces the pains from repeated venipuncture,provides good channels for saving critically ill patients,long-term infusion and chemotherapy administration,protects the patients′ veins effectively,also reduces the nurses′ workload,and it is worthy of clinical application.
