摘　　要：目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的手术方法和疗效。方法:运用AO锁骨钩钢板对TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位共36例,断裂的肩锁韧带均直接修复,其中32例直接修复断裂的喙锁韧带,4例用喙肩韧带代替重建无法直接修复的喙锁韧带。结果:本组随访6～36个月,取出钩钢板时间为5～11个月,平均6个月,未出现钢板断裂、松动、脱钩现象。术后按Karlsson标准进行肩关节功能评价,优32例,占88.9%;良4例,占11.1%,总优良率占100%。结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位,手术操作简单,固定可靠,可早期活动,早期功能锻炼,功能恢复良好,值得推广。Objective To explore the clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation Ⅲ surgical method and effect. Results The follow-up 6 to 36 months, remove the hook plate for 5 to 11 months, an average of 6 months, does not appear plate fracture, loosening, decoupling phenomenon. Postoperative shoulder function according to Karlsson standard evaluation, excellent 32 cases, accounting for 88.9%; good in 4 cases, accounting for 11.1%, the total rate of 100% fine. Conelusinn Ⅲ clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, surgery is simple, reliable fixation, allows early, early functional exercise, functional recovery well worth promoting.
