鳖甲煎丸对荷瘤小鼠VEGF、PCNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨鳖甲煎丸对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤机制。方法:建立H22荷瘤小鼠动物模型,随机分成4组:鳖甲煎丸高剂量组、鳖甲煎丸低剂量组、阴性对照组、环磷酰胺组。用免疫组织化学方法检测各组荷瘤小鼠肿瘤组织的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达强度。结果:鳖甲煎丸对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤组织的VEGF、PCNA有显著的抑制作用。结论:鳖甲煎丸可能是通过抑制VEGF、PCNA的表达来抑制肿瘤生长的。Objective: To study the anti-tumor mechanism of Biejiajian pills(Bjj P) for neoplasm-bearing mice of H22 cell.Methods: Models of the neoplasm-bearing mice of H22 cell were established as the experimental models.The model mice were randomly divided into four groups: negative control group,positive control group,high-dose group of Bjj P and low-dose group of Bjj P.Fifteen days was a course.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression intensity of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) of the neoplasm-bearing mice.Results: Bjj P showed an obvious inhibition on the the expression of VEGF and PCNA.Conclusion: Bjj P may propobaly show its inhibition on the tumor growth through the inhibition of the expression of VEGF and PCNA.
