摘　　要：组件式GIS以其强大的生命力,在结合GPS技术的开发领域,在基于地理空间数据库支持下的空间分析应用领域,在基于网络的开发领域都发挥出了主力军的作用。实际工作中大多数开发都会采用ESRI公司的ArcEngine,而由于ArcEngine在GIS开发中又缺乏界面优化工具,可引入第三方开发的ActiveBar控件加以弥补,不仅实现了界面的优化,又降低了成本;同时也将"发散式"思维研究方法得以验证。Component-based GIS play a main role with its powerful vitality, in combining with GPS technology development areas; geo-spatial database, based on the support of spatial analysis applications, and in the development of network-based areas majority of development is designed with ArcEngine, but it is lack of interface development optimization tools. The introduction of third-party developers to make up for the ActiveBar control, not only achieve optimization of the interface, but also reduces costs： The ＂divergent＂ thinking and research methods can be verified.
