摘  要:采用镀覆镀层的摩擦轮与铸铁加工的摩擦块在M-2000型磨损试验机上,对具有不同表面粗糙度的镀层及铸铁块施加相同的压应力,以相同的速度进行相同转数的滑动摩擦,记录镀层的磨损量,分析表面粗糙度对镀层耐磨性的影响规律。确定合理的镀层表面粗糙度值为0.4μm。Friction wheel coated by nickel-phosphorus electroless coating and friction block of cast iron were used in the study. In the M-2000 type wear test machine, the same stress and the same speed were imposed on block of cast iron and electroless coating that have different surface roughness. After the same number of sliding friction, wear quantity of coating was recorded and influences of surface roughness value on wear resistance of coating were investigated. The results showed that reasonable coating surface roughness value was 0.4 micron.
