摘  要:以乙炔、甲醇为原料,卤化镍为主催化剂,羰基化合成丙烯酸甲酯,考察了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、搅拌转速等因素对反应的影响,确定最佳的工艺条件。结果表明:在185℃和5.5MPa下,搅拌转速600r/min,反应3h,乙炔的选择性为96.59%,丙烯酸甲酯的收率(相对乙炔)达到93.71%。Acetylene and methanol were used as reactants, nickel halide as main catalyst to synthesize methyl acrylate. The process conditions, such as reaction temperature, pressure, time and agitation speed were studied in the experiment in order to set up the best process conditions. The results showed that the reaction temperature was 185 ~C, the reaction pressure was 5.5 MPa, the agitation speed was 600 r/min, the reaction time was 3 h, the selectivity of acetylene was 96.59 %, and the yield of methyl acrylate reached 93.71%.
